India on the end of the phone couldn’t have spoken with more care, or reassurance. I had a couple or so phone calls with her and each time she spoke with such compassion kindness, and really listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She also did what she said she would and followed up with me on the phone. She even sent an email confirming our discussion which for me who takes longer to process things due to my anxiety and suspected autism was so helpful. I understand she was even covering to support short staffing in a team separate to hers. I cannot tell you what a difference it made speaking to her. I felt cared for and treated with respect and dignity. She is an asset to the NHS.
