I have been a patient at Hairmyres Hospital for a few days, spending time in Ward 2 and Ward 6, and I want to say how much I appreciate the food and the kindness of the staff who serve it.
The meals have been truly lovely, and the daily offer of tea and food has made a real difference to my stay. It means a lot to feel so well cared for, not only medically but also in these small, thoughtful ways.
I am very grateful to the kitchen and hospitality teams for all the work you do behind the scenes to look after patients like me. Thank you for helping to make my hospital stay a little brighter.
