"My stay in the hospital"

I would rate my stay on Viking ward as a 2. How has the CQC rated it good!?

I was initially there for 2 weeks rehab for acute pain, but caught COVID whilst there so was in for longer.

I witnessed poor nursing practices, an elderly patient left in faeces more than 3 hours. There were so many excuses. Beds poorly made, not aired off. Poorly sighted patients unable to read menus, so were given inappropriate food choices.

All patients straight after supper, changed and put to bed.

It felt like the bottom of the pile.

Out of all the staff I'd give 5 a good report.
