"Communication board"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Speech and language therapy

(as a relative),

I took my mother a walk along Prestwick beach and she used the board to point out the ice cream and tell me a story of when she was a young girl down the shore it was a lovely story and I truly believe it was sparked by seeing the board.

Dear Walks with my mother 1

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience with us via Care Opinion.

It is so nice to hear that your mum had such a lovely memory to share with you, which may have been triggered by seeing the communication board at Prestwick beach.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from our patients and their relatives and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Speech and Language Team who provide these Boards.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind regards

Pamela
