(as the patient),

I’ve had the privilege of attending your Day Surgery Unit twice in the last couple of months. I’ve had two Carpal Tunnel Surgeries and was so impressed with your unit. I received on both occasions, lovely, caring nurses in the unit, who were so attentive and supportive. The Theatre Staff, in Theatre 3 were absolutely amazing. They put up with my nervous chatter and really put me at ease the two times, I was there. My Surgeon, Mr Thomas and his team, were wonderful too.

Thank You All So Much, not once but I twice, for your 5 Star Care! You’re all so kind and caring and  you made the anxiety of my  surgeries, fade away.

Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback with us. I was pleased to learn that our staff in the Day Surgery Unit had been kind, supportive and caring during your recent surgical procedures. It is heartening too to know that they really put you at ease, and were able to reduce your anxiety.

I will be sure to pass on your kind and appreciative words to all the staff and the teams involved. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
