"Patient experience"

I was recently on a holiday and unfortunately I collapsed in the high Street in Cowes,, Isle of Wight. I was brought to Saint Mary's hospital and was seen immediately with very quick attention which lasted for six hours.

Numerous tests, scans, ECGs and a drip. From everyone the service was excellent. The follow up information was quickly transferred onto my medical records and was extensively used by my GP and Royal Bournemouth Hospital where a few days later I was fitted with a Pacemaker.
