Whiteacres medical Centre near Malvern has been an absolute joy to use over the past five years. I have found the team there to offer intelligent, collaborative discussions about health and treatment. I’ve been given options, advice and referred to useful sources of information.
I recently flagged an unusual change to a skin lesion with this GP practice on a Wednesday, it received a specialist review a day later and by Sunday the lesion was being removed at a local hospital. This level of quick response makes it clear that the NHS can/does deliver outstanding care.
Whoever is setting policy here and the team who are delivering the service deserve huge congratulations from the patient community.
