"Disappointed in the care I received"

About: South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I called 111 around 3pm because I'm having breathing difficulties and I'm panicking about it, they said a doctor would call me within 6 hours, the doctor called me at 5pm which I was so happy how quickly they called back.

With all symptoms I had, the doctor's first diagnostic was sinusitis and they said that I should start taking medication straight away and they were sending it to a pharmacy and I could go in an hour's time to pick it up.

I went to the pharmacy almost 7pm to be told that there were no prescription or referral for me and ask me to call 111 back, wich I did. They knew nothing about and would request a call back from a doctor because they don't have access to my NHS records.

Now is 7.45pm and I'm here so disappointed crying seeing how careless UK NHS staff have become. And I need to be up 3.30am to go to work to pay more tax and receive zero treatment from NHS. It's a shame how the health system is going down hill so quickly.
