"Absolutely brilliant"

About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Maternity care (Ward 68)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ward 68 after the birth of my 2nd baby girl. I stayed on the postnatal for 5 days due to my baby having jaundice/feeding problems. I was looked after by many lovely midwives and health care assistants during my stay.

Two young midwives stood out in particular. I think their names are Erin & Chantelle. They made me feel so at ease. Nothing was too much hassle for them even in a busy ward.

Erin & Chantelle I can thank you enough. Feeding is going great…

The assistant Janette was also a star in showing me how to bathe my baby as it had been 7 years since my last baby.

Overall I had an extremely positive experience!!

Thanks to all in ward 68.

Dear mummcb25,

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby girl. I hope you are all well and her big sister is helping you! Thank you so much for taking the time to share you're feedback. I will be delighted to share this with Erin, Chantelle and Jannette. Such postive feedback can make such a difference to staff morale. Thank you again!

Best Wishes,
