To the staff at the Belford Hospital Fort William
I was admitted to the hospital from your A&E department in September. After being lost in the hills for 8 days.
I want to express my thanks all the staff who helped me while I was there.
They were very busy treating people a lot sicker than me, but they were, without exception, compassionate and caring.
In every interaction I had with, doctors, nurses, students, and others (whose titles I am not sure of) They were friendly, listen to my worries, explained things in a way that relaxed me in my highly emotional state.
What struck me most was the friendly atmosphere where we could talk about everyday things while all sorts of procedures were taking place.
I received, kindly and effective treatment from all the wonderful staff at the hospital
Thank you all so much
"Kind and effective treatment"
