About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was seen by Lorraine who fitted my 24 hour heart monitor. She was fantastic and clearly knew her job very well. She made me feel so much at ease, (I hate exposing my body), she was very discreet and understanding. Lorraine explained how it all worked and what I had to do when I was returning the monitor. Lorraine is a credit to the department.
