My father has recently died at home, as was his wish.

I would like to commend the staff that supported our journey, hoping I remember all the many people!

Dr Rennie (renal) and her team especially SN Louise.

GP surgery, all staff including reception staff at Firrhill medical centre.

DN teams for dad's area, including the out of hours service.

Community physio and OT who arranged and assessed aids for the home for him.

Re-enablement manager Julie and her staff 'on the ground'.

Craiglockhart pharmacy staff

Everyone of these people have given high quality, personalised care to dad but also been concerned for me, we couldn't have asked for more.
