About: CGL Birmingham / East Hub

(as a service user),

I would like to say that the four months I've been in Birmingham and under the care of Dan has been so comfortable. He has helped me with his guidance and my anxieties, if I'm honest I was suicidal not knowing which way to turn. Dan and the staff at CGL have helped me find structure and a balance. 

Thank you so much Dan and everyone at CGL.

My name is Lydia, and I’m responsible for listening to and responding to feedback about our service.

I can only imagine how difficult things must have been for you while struggling with your mental health and feeling unsure of where to turn. I’m really glad that you found our support and that we have helped you to find the structure and balance you needed in your life.

It was genuinely lovely to read your kind words about our service, especially the feedback you shared about Dan. It sounds like he’s had a really positive impact on your recovery, and I will make sure that he and the rest of the team get to read what you have shared. I know they will really appreciate it.

I hope you feel truly proud of everything you’ve accomplished and the incredible effort you’ve undoubtedly put in to get to where you are today.
