(as a parent/guardian),

My son and I had a wonderful 4 weeks learning baby massage. The facilitators were helpful and kind. The techniques really helped my baby and I have some quality time together, improved his sleep and also helped me with my mental health too. It was a welcoming space and the affirmations were really lovely. I would love more opportunities for classes in the area and I would definitely recommend it. ❤️

I manage the Health Visiting Community Development Groups and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to add your comments about the wonderful experience you and your baby have had at baby massage classes. It is great to hear of the positive benefits of baby massage to support you and your baby's health and wellbeing and the welcoming environment. I would be keen to hear of the area you live to ensure that Health Visiting continues to offer baby massage classes. or baby reflexology and I would welcome a telephone call.
