Very knowledgeable and very helpful!

Even when things were tough I could ask for help. Loads of practical classes to learn about many of my lifes problem from recovery to understanding anxiety. A safe place to check in.

Thanks for your support, hopefully you can get us to outside meetings, would be very helpful for us.

We are pleased that you found our team to be knowledgeable and helpful, this is something that we work hard to ensure is the case for everyone engaging with us.

It is great to hear that you have felt able to ask for help and took the time to engage with our groups to learn about your life problems from recovery and to understand about anxiety. We hope you continue to do so.

We will absolutely be able to support you with information and signposting regarding outside meetings - please do ask us about this. Due to your feedback we plan to have this information to hand to give to anyone who requests it.
