"I am looked after well"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Renal Unit Antrim Area Hospital / Ward A4 Endocrine and Diabetes

(as the patient),

The nurses are nice, it's a good service, I am looked after well.

Parking is difficult at ward A4, I have to walk from car park to the ward that can be a trial, it would be good if there was parking for dialysis patients.

In A4 I just get breakfast, in the Renal Unit I get breakfast and lunch, it would be good there was lunch in both.

Hello Wilfredbfb

My name is Natalie McLaughlin and I am the clinical services manager for renal services. It is very thoughtful of you to take the time to post some feedback on your experience.

I agree that parking is not the most convenient at A4H, unfortunately there is not the capacity to create any parking spaces closer to the building, so I apologise that you have to walk further that expected. However I will keep this in mind should there be any changes in terms of infrastructure.

I will also raise re catering provisions in A4H.

I am pleased to hear that the nursing staff look after you well and as a service user you feel you are receiving a great service. I will ensure this is shared with the team.

Thanks again for your feedback

Kind Regards

Natalie
