"Wonderful Nurse"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I went to the clinic due to having symptoms of thrush. The nurse I saw was absolutely fantastic. I was a little nervous about coming as I knew I’d have to disclose my sexual history and trauma. The nurse was incredibly supportive though and continued to focus on what I attended the clinic for. She signposted me to other services but didn’t push me any further.

I felt completely comfortable throughout my whole exam, and have left feeling well looked after. I was given time, support, empathy and a treatment to take home with me without being there for any longer than 30 minutes.

Faultless service.
