(as a service user),

I took my friend to get her flu jag, and asked if I could get mine also. I explained I always get it but hadn’t received my letter yet. Jonny asked my details, found me in the system and got me an appointment at same time as my friend. I was very impressed by this young man and his attitude, he was lovely and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. All other staff were lovely, kind and friendly also.
