"OC and my MND diagnosis"

I was contacted by Jane from OC to make an appointment at my house regarding my mnd diagnosis. From the moment she arrived at my home,her and the rest of the team have been a great help. It was arranged that i got a wetroom and many other aids for my home. I know the team are only a call away and despite having this horrible disease i do not feel alone and know help is close at hand. You just have to stay positive and keep fighting
