"Everyone I have spoken to so far have been wonderful"

Sam was absolutely lovely. It was really nice to speak to someone who was just absolutely fine with the conversation. Obviously I understand that as his career Sam needs to be, but normally that would not happen with I don't think anyone else If you were to mention, or talk about your child's incontinence or smearing episodes, Sam was super super helpful, incredibly friendly as well, which is so much appreciated. She was also very patient because whilst on the phone to her, as I had to stop my child from climbing on the table and attempting to nibble crayon etc.

The pullups are brilliant and they have been a lifesaver, but are a little big due to my child being so slender so Sam also suggested another alternative so we're going to try those and see which works best for us. Very thorough phone call, and the help is much appreciated. Everyone I’ve spoken to from the continence team so far have all been wonderful. Thank you
