"Poor care & no responsibility by provider"

My wife died a year ago and a care provider in  Grimsby were given local authority care provision. A year on some carers stand and watch rather than supporting on doubled up care calls. Despite care agreements with provider, no communication is in place, carers still asking what to do. In addition to this the care provider agreed that no new carers will do my care unless they shadow calls before hand. Despite this care coordinators change care calls at last minute with no communication.

Out of hours can't change call. I've missed work, daughter has to come from Leeds to cover poor care provision. Lincolnshire county Council seem deaf to a new provider and I feel that this care provider put people at risk. I know of community organisations that have stopped using this provider due to serious safety dangers but Lincolnshire county Council don't seem to care. Again my work will suffer at the incompetence of this care provider.
