"Day surgery for removal of kidney stones"

I was admitted for day surgery on ward 2 at Grantham hospital and the service I received was the same as I always get from the NHS. Excellent. Good old fashioned nursing on the ward and my nurse, Mary, was efficient with a smile on her face making me feel relaxed and well cared for from start to Finish. All the theatre staff were also very kind and helpful. I think it important the compliments are given the same space as complaints, it helps with staff moral and depoliticises the big NHS brand. Keep up the good work
