"Mental health"

I rang up Millwood Surgery recently to try and get an urgent appointment with the doctor or mental health person as my partner was saying he was going to commit suicide and was talking like he was really down, this was a sudden episode and is petrified of A&E so I rang doctors as he also had experience with 111 mental health, they refused to give him an appointment as they said it was not urgent and to ring back in the morning.

The member of staff I spoke to was rude and very unprofessional. He could have been dead if I had waited til the morning for an appointment and still they weren't offering any help at all.

Luckily I was able to calm him down enough not to hurt himself and we are still yet to ring back for an appointment. I found this staff member's behaviour very inconsiderate and rude!
