"A very efficient, effective and impressive team effort"

I recently had my second cataract operation after the first one that was done here in early May. From arrival to departure, the care and support was exemplary. Everyone who looked after me did a great job in explaining what was going on, ensuring I was aware, that I understood of what was involved, how it would progress and the follow up that would be necessary. 

To quite an extent, a day surgery unit like this is operating like a production line, but I never felt like just a product moving through a factory. It was always very caring and personal, and some great conversations had, and at the same time reassuringly professional and careful, with repeated checks at each stage of the process.

Overall, a very efficient, effective and impressive team effort. Thank you to everyone involved (and to those facilitating the admin to allow it to happen). Great job, well done all.
