"They were fabulous"

Although the entire process to discuss a coil change felt unnecessary and a waste of NHS resource (phone for an appointment, given an appointment months later at hanley, but this is just a consultation, then get given the actual appointment 2 weeks after that! Crazy for something simple!) My appt at Cobridge sexual health clinic recently was amazing.

The doctor I saw was fabulous, she was personable, explained everything so well and made sure I had all the facts to make a decision, she had great bedside manner, made me laugh and genuinely made me feel like I was an individual and not just another patient to be seen and hurried out the door. She is an asset to the NHS and deserves some huge credit for the work she does!
