"Poor follow up"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

After having left glowing feedback about the timely fashion I was given an appointment and the staff, I feel my follow up is pretty poor. I was told that something had been found and another CT scan was needed. My GP requested another urgent CT scan. A month later and I’ve heard nothing. I phoned and was told no appointments are available in October and the earliest I may get seen will be November. That will be a minimum of two months for an urgent appointment. I’d dread to think how long  a non urgent appointment  would take!! Living with the current uncertainty is very stressful.
