"All staff were helpful and professional"

(as a service user),

I recently contacted NHS 111 following fall. After discussions with nursing and medical staff medication for a suspected cracked rib was arranged through carluke pharmacy. All staff were helpful and professional and I got the advice and treatment I needed. Thank you
