About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as a service user),

My experience, and the care that I received yesterday, in the day surgery ward in the Vale of Leven hospital whilst undergoing a hernia operation, was nothing short of exceptional!

I have had two similar operations done previously privately, but the care and attention I received at the Vale of Levan surpassed it by far. I would like to send my gratification to Jackie, Kirsty, Miss Chishom, and everyone else involved in care. Sorry that I didn't remember everyone's name.
