Fantastic team at VOL Audiology led by Lynsay the Audiology Team Lead.

Lynsay dealt with a difficult audiological problem in the most professional, compassionate and patient centred way.

The whole team were efficient and caring. Lynsay and team are a credit to the NHS..... exemplary professionalism, empathy and solution focussed care..Thank You!
