"Positive Stroke Solutions course"

I want to thank the Stroke MCN for running the Positive Stroke Solutions 8-week course. A special thanks to Sarah, our OT, whose knowledge, encouragement and support have made such a difference throughout.

I’m also very grateful to the volunteers who shared their own stroke experiences and showed us what recovery can look like further down the line — their stories were truly inspiring. And to my fellow participants, all of us at different stages of recovering from recent strokes, it has been a privilege to learn, share and support one another along the way.

This course has given me hope, confidence and a real sense of connection.
