I recently went into my appointment with Dr Armstrong, which had then led to me getting a punch biopsy. All the staff leading up to the procedure were all lovely. Gillian escorted me to the waiting area and made me feel comfortable whilst I waited. Then Ciaran guided me into the room for the punch biopsy. Ciaran and Daniel made me feel safe and I was able to chat to them about anything.
