I was called as I had missed an appointment, my fault I admit. I have however been struggling recently and have actually contacted Duty care as the staff member I spoke to (central locality) could see.
I was told I had to get in that day for my lithium levels, I said I wasn't in Doncaster at that time and they demand to know where I was.
The staff member then went on to start discussing my telephone call to duty care, bringing up triggering feelings and subject matters, whilst I'm not at home. They didn't ask if I was able to speak, just brought it all up. They asked many invasive questions and their general manner was awful. I felt belittled and judged. I do not wish to see them for any further appointments and will be asking for a different staff member.
