When I attended to give blood that morning I became very emotional and distressed thinking about the recent death of my wife of 54 years. Your lady Claire was very kind and compassionate and her gentle way and comforting words helped me to compose myself and I gave my blood sample and arranged to come back later that day to speak with the staff to arrange another sample. All the staff were excellent. Please pass on my thanks to all.
