"Excellent care"

I feel it is important to give positive feed back when I receive excellent care,and staff show compassion. Whilst on the ward I was treated with respect, that we sometimes take for granted in these situations.

Today the ward was very busy, and yet all staff were friendly and caring. As stated, it was a busy theatre day, yet I was kept updated ,as far as possible on times etc, which is helpful.
