(as the patient),

I was referred to Ian as a result of musculoskeletal pain. Ian was very thorough and referred me for an x-ray; he called me as soon as the results came in to explain what was going on. Ian is first class, I feel that he is genuinely interested and trying his hardest to get the best outcome for me.
