"Outstanding care & compassion"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Stroke care (Wards 56 and 68)

(as a relative),

My dad spent 9 weeks in the stroke rehab unit QEUH ward 56, the care & attention he received was amazing, Dr Ferguson & all the medical team, nurses, physios, OT & Speech & language therapist worked every day to ensure my dad received the best care.

The team is amazing so professional & efficient in everything they do. Communication was excellent & they all deserve to be recognised for all the hard work, care & compassion given to all patients. The staff are so enthusiastic, kind & nothing is a bother to them.

My dad has recovered extremely well & it's all down to the amazing team in ward 56. Finally I would like to see this team recognised for the outstanding care & compassion to my dad & our family during a really stressful time. You are all stars & thank you for everything.
