The service I received from everyone at the Duke of Connaught was absolutely outstanding.
From the very beginning with Joe at the booking office. Alison the nurse on the day of the surgery who settled my nerves and made me feel very comfortable and lastly my consultant Ryan and his team who were wonderful. Ryan went out of his way to explain the procedure beforehand and during the surgery. The team were very professional and always kept checking that I was ok.
I was very impressed with how this unit operated so smoothly, on time and a minimum of fuss. It was a pleasure for me to attend and to be looked after by such wonderful, dedicated health professionals. Well done everyone and thank you all.
