I recently welcomed my beautiful baby girl into the world, safely at home. This was possible due to the fantastic homebirth team with NHS Fife.

Robyn was my named midwife who supported me throughout my whole pregnancy. On the day of birth I had 2 community midwives, Leanne and Terri, who came out to support me in my birthing.

Leanne quickly became a special person to me, her words of encouragement and hands off approach helped me have the dream birth I wanted. These members of staff should be valued and appreciated as the care they give is excellent.

I can’t thank them enough for making my birth an empowered and positive one. I would recommend NHS Fife homebirth to anyone planning to have a birth at home.
