"Your kindness hasn't been forgotten"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I have been some what a regular to Glossop Ward after a rtc that changed my life last Saturday I fell into the road and ended up back

The night shift was amazing. Lauren a nurse and someone called Ve, a hca, made me feel some what normal. I struggle with voices and they was so sweet allowing me to sit and talk with them and making me feel safe.

The hospital staff are given so much stick idk why. Thank you Lauren and Ve your kindness hasn't been forgotten

Dear Luksn64,

Thank you so much for finding the time to feedback about your experience on Glossop ward.

I am delighted to hear that Lauren made you feel safe on the ward and I will be feeding this back to her and the wider team.

We wish you well going forward

Kind regards

It wasn't just her tbh like there was another las I think Ve or something but together they was perfect team.

They understood all my thoughts and feelings it was refreshing not gonna lie that they gave me the time of day (night even)

Thank you for yours and your teams care that week I felt safest there.

They told me what I needed to hear I'm now going sober and left my old life behind

Kind regards Luksn64
