Last week my friend fell and gashed her knee badly. We took her to the Royal minor injuries clinic. The service we received from Pearl, assisted by Scott was professional, caring and kind. As a fellow carer professional I was so proud of how they cared for my friend who is nearly 80, right up to waiting with her whilst I got the car. Chapeau to both 🙏🙏🙏
