"Never felt judged or ashamed"

About: CGL Birmingham / East Hub

(as a service user),

My experience was weird at first ie awkward, but eventually I came uo to the mark and finally acknowledged what I needed to do, also with the services and advice caring I received, I got through it. Helped with me finding my goals.

There is nothing to be improved, 100% all round.

Never felt judged or ashamed.

Thanks

Dear horologiumjp59

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for responding to people’s feedback.

It’s completely understandable that things felt awkward at first as starting anything new, especially a journey that is so personal can be challenging. But it’s incredibly encouraging to hear that you found a way forward, acknowledged what you needed to do, and engaged in the support that was available. I hope you feel proud of the courage and open-mindedness this must have taken.

I’m so pleased to hear that our service helped you in a way that felt right for you. Your kind words mean a lot, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the team. I’m sure they will feel extremely happy about how they delivered non-judgemental support.

Thank you again for taking the time to get in touch.

Take care

Lydia
