"Online booking system for GP appointment"

Very complicated way to book a non urgent appointment with a GP. Only allowed to book appointment using online system.  Rang up and spoke to a member of staff at Old School Sugery, Bristol, who told me there was no other way & they could not make an appointment for me over the phone on a day off from work, which in my view used to be simple and sensible.

Also, I feel this is discriminatory against people who are not computer literate or don't have access  (these are likely the oldest, poorest & most vulnrable people).

Really bad system.   

It makes me feel that they want to make it as difficult and impersonal as possible to get an appointment with a doctor.
