"Wonderful care I received from the staff."

I recently came in for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy as a day case, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff for making the experience so smooth and positive.

In particular, I want to mention Nurse Lindsay, who was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She had such a positive, bubbly energy, and honestly, without her, I think I would have been a lot more nervous. She went above and beyond to reassure me and made the whole experience so much easier.

I’d also like to thank Mr Ferguson, my surgeon, who was kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel calm before the procedure.

Overall, everything went very smoothly, and everyone I encountered was so lovely and caring. I’m really grateful for the wonderful care I received — thank you all so much!
