"Appointment system"

I completed an on line form at 7.30 am . I received a call at 8.10 saying my request had been triaged and a doctor had recommended a visit to the surgery. I was given a 11.10 appointment.

I saw the Dr and by 11.30am, I had my meds in my hand. So impressive!! This new appointment system works so well. Also the staff on the phone and at the surgery were so friendly and efficient . The Dr was really thorough and I left feeling confident my condition was being well managed . 5 stars  to Creffield
