I had an appointment to review my hearing aids which I had had for four years. I was seen on time.
The audiologist, Kit, was welcoming and carried out the hearing test and the fitting of the new aids kindly and efficiently, explaining everything clearly as she did so. I felt at ease and was delighted with the service I received, and with my new aids, a great improvement on the previous ones. Thank you.
