"Thank you so much for making such a scary time easier."

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to hospital by her GP.  After a short wait was seen initially in ward 101 before being transferred to 103 where she stayed for 3 days. Too many staff to mention but from start to finish her standard of care was excellent.  All staff were so friendly and caring and kept us fully informed throughout her stay.  They couldn’t do enough and never complained.  The cleaning staff and those that served the food were also excellent.  Thank you so much for making such a scary time easier.

Dear wearefamily,

Many thanks for taking the time to write in about your experience in Wards 101 and 103. I will ensure this is shared with the team and know how much it will mean to them.

I hope your daughter is recovering well.

Take care

Julie
