"They all made a worrying scope positive"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

I had a recent sigmoidoscopy at ninewells hospital. The staff were so kind and caring and deserve some recognition. The consultant doing my scope, Dr McLean, was so informative, explained every step of what she was doing and kept checking to make sure I was ok throughout the procedure, she was so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. The nurse who sat with me throughout the whole scope (unfortunately I have forgotten her name, she had blonde hair) was also so lovely and was amazing at keeping my mind occupied by chatting with me throughout. She was also so kind, caring, friendly and kept me calm through it all. The other 2 nurses in the room were also so kind and welcoming. Can't thank them all enough. They all made a worrying scope positive with their upbeat energy and friendliness.
