(as a service user),

The ward staff in 3b are very slow in getting things, food is never good, and when you ask for something with the food it doesn’t get brought, even when it is on the list.

thank you for taking the time to share your experience of ward 3b.

Sorry to hear that it was not a positive experience.

Menu cards are filled in for each meal and sent to the kitchen who endeavour to ensure you get what you ordered. Sometimes this cannot be done and the kitchen send an alternative.

I will share this feedback with staff to try and improve on this
