About: NHS 24 / Scottish Emergency Dental Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I contacted NHS 24 today on behalf of my son who had a dental abscess and experiencing a great deal of pain. From the initial triage, to the dental nurse through to the dentist he saw today it was a fantastic, helpful and smooth service. Many thanks to all involved.

I was sorry to learn you had cause to contact 111 on behalf of your son, I hope he is starting to feel much better following treatment. I can empathise with just how painful dental abscesses can be.
