About: The Royal London Hospital

(as a service user),

Waiting at the X ray reception in Royal London Hospital early afternoon. There were multiple staff sat behind the reception. During their conversation which was very loud, multiple use of curse words were used. I believe this is not conducive to a good customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about staff in the x-ray reception area at Royal London Hospital. What you have described is not the behaviour that is expected from our staff.
